Libertas named a 2012 “Blue Ribbon” Small Business Award winner by the U.S. Chamber

I am very pleased to announce that my company, Libertas Technologies is a recipient of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s “Blue Ribbon” Small Business Award for the fourth year in a row!

The “Blue Ribbon” Small Business Award is given annual by the U.S. Chamber to recognize companies who have shown tremendous dedication to restoring jobs and prosperity despite a challenging economy and winning businesses are those that demonstrate excellent business practices in several areas, including strategy, employee development, community involvement, and customer service.

“The recipients of this year’s Blue Ribbon Award excelled in business amid great uncertainty and thrived despite difficult economic times,” said Thomas J. Donohue, U.S. Chamber president and CEO. “More important than profits, their successes have provided much-needed jobs and hope to the people in their communities.”

One of the 75 “Blue Ribbon” winners will be named the “Dream Big” Small Business of the Year at the America’s Small Business Summit held in May in Washington, D.C.
