More information about the event from IT Martini:
As a field, Information Technology is relatively new – and stands on the shoulders of giants. Older fields like mathematics, physics, electrical engineering and chemistry laid the foundation for everyone’s life to be touched by IT Pros.
And that’s exactly the theme for IT Martini Hour 5: Bridge to Somewhere this Thursday at Havana Martini Club! Four members of Cincinnati’s senior leadership community are bringing their thoughts about IT Professional contributions to the world:
Dave Hatter, President of Libertas Technologies and an Adjunct Professor at Cincinnati State, is moderating the discussion. Dave is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a B.S in Information Systems. Additionally, he served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Combat Engineer (12B) achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6) and earning an Army Achievement medal.
Steve Feller, CPIM, CBCP, is a DataScape Business Leader & Security Advisor for Harland Financial. Steve earned his MBA from Bowling Green State University, and his B.S.I.M. from the University of Cincinnati College of Business. Past roles include being a Director of IT at Westinghouse, CTO at Intrieve, and Director of Delivery Services at Netigy.
Chad Seibt is an IT Manager at Mane, Inc., a worldwide leader in the fragrance and flavor design industry. Chad graduated Xavier University with an MBA, and Kettering University with a B.S.M.E. His previous roles include being CIO of Northlich and VP of Operations at Balluff.
Jon Caplinger is the Director of Emerging Technologies and Strategy at CBTS. John holds a B.A. from Florida Bible College, and his background includes a Systems Engineer role at American Computer Services.
The panel discussion starts promptly at 6pm on the main stage. For the first 15 minutes, the panelists are moderated – after that, they take YOUR questions and feedback.
